We are currently looking for an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney, licensed to practice in Maine and New Hampshire seeking a work from home opportunity. Position Overview:This position requires the handling of moderate to higher exposure cases from receipt until conclusion through dismissal, settlement or trial. Admission in good standing to both the Maine and New Hampshire Bar is required. First chair jury trial experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to work with adjusters and clients to resolve claims as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. Computer literacy, including MS Word, Lexis/Westlaw, and daily management of e-mail and calendar is a must. Likewise, possession of a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to all the venues we cover is essential.
